At the Trademark development in Telfair North, Space was commissioned to design the interior of the lobby and proposed an industrial-style staircase with a bold, intricate concept.

G+F took on the challenge of bringing this ambitious design to life, developing and detailing a 5 storeys staircase that combined four distinct flight designs and five unique balustrade configurations into a seamless, complex structure.

All stakeholders embraced the challenge: the client, Oficea, approved the daring design; the structural engineer ensured its feasibility; and the contracting team, comprising GCC, GS Steel, and Panache, overcame significant technical hurdles to deliver this one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
