We believe it is crucial to reinvigorate the vibrancy of traditional urban centers, like Rose Hill, before developing new offices on undeveloped land. This project provided an opportunity to showcase our creativity and expertise in designing within the context of existing buildings and urban fabric. A significant focus was placed on creating a distinctive facade, with a solid, bold mineral ground floor that seamlessly connects to the pavement using the same material. Above, the lighter upper floors are treated with perforated painted metal sheets, featuring the bank’s logo, while the translucent polycarbonate rounded corners act as a lantern at night, enhancing the interaction with Rose Hill’s main street and the city center.
