The second project in the Living Apartments collection marks a significant milestone in our long-standing collaboration, which began in 2003, with our most loyal client. Blue Bay Living offered a unique opportunity to develop a fresh design language and establish a distinct visual identity for the collection.

The design concept is rooted in simplicity and clarity, featuring vertical stone wall fins and horizontal floor plates. The combination of natural materials, such as stone and wood, creates a refined, modern aesthetic that highlights the warmth and texture of the materials in an understated yet elegant way.

For this project, we embraced the natural slope of the land, creating a mid-level entrance and split floor levels, which not only enhanced the flow of the space but also eliminated the need for a lift.

The penthouse, the most exclusive of the seven apartments, offers expansive outdoor living spaces, including a stunning four-sided infinity pool that seamlessly integrates with the panoramic views of Île des Deux Cocos, making it the ultimate retreat.
