Cap Living is thoughtfully designed on a long, narrow strip of coastal land facing the breathtaking Coin de Mire Island. The site’s natural slope allowed us to create two ground-level seafront villas seamlessly integrated into the landscape. Above these villas, an elevated apartment block rises, ensuring that even the ground-floor apartments enjoy unobstructed views over the villas’ flat roofs.

Building on the curved timber batten façade concept first explored in our La Tourelle Ocean View project, we pushed the boundaries further by incorporating curves into the overhanging roof canopies and the pool kiosk design.

The result is an architectural statement featuring organic forms, where the timber façade softens the building’s height when viewed from the sea, blending harmoniously with the coastal surroundings.
