This house is part of a three-home integrated development located in the highly sought-after area of Eureka. The site is exceptional, featuring flat terrain, mature trees, and breathtaking views of the Moka River.

The layout follows a classic design, with a central living core flanked by a bedroom wing on one side and a service and utility zone, including the kitchen and garage, on the other.

The central living area boasts a soaring ceiling and expansive openings on two sides, allowing it to be fully opened to the surrounding gardens. Large sliding doors provide natural ventilation, offering the option to close off the trade wind side while still enjoying the northern garden during the winter months.
