G+F Office
The G+F Office exemplifies the firm’s creative use of materials and textures to create dynamic, engaging spaces, all while adhering to strict budget constraints. The incorporation of Naco louvers on the facade allows for customizable ventilation, natural lighting, and privacy, responding to the site’s specific conditions—offering an environmentally and economically efficient solution. The building interacts with Queen Mary Avenue, the main thoroughfare of Floreal, by setting back its boundary walls and creating a street-facing facade enhanced by a carefully designed lighting scheme. Additionally, the site’s layout allowed us to preserve a camphor tree and orient the main rooms to the west, sheltering them from the prevailing winter trade winds.
