The design for a collection of 12 beachfront apartments began in June 2017, on a site nestled at the tip of a point, surrounded by the sea on two sides. The location presented its own set of challenges—strict setback requirements, along with the task of fitting a carefully planned mix of apartments, parking spaces, and technical amenities into a constrained area.

The result is a dynamic interplay of forms and materials, where each element works in harmony to create a striking and unique architectural expression.
