Les Pavillons d’Helvetia is a townhouse development for ENL Properties located within the vibrant Helvetia precinct in Moka City. The first phase of the project, consisting of 8 townhouses, began in May 2019 and was completed in 2023. Phase 2, which will add 7 more townhouses, is scheduled to start construction in January 2024.

The project was shaped by the regulatory framework of the Smart City guidelines, along with budget constraints, which presented both design and practical challenges. These limitations pushed us to rethink our usual design strategies and seek simple yet impactful façade treatments. The result is a design that balances aesthetic appeal with a strong street presence, giving the development a clear identity while integrating seamlessly into its surroundings.
