Les Versants de Courchamps, a Morcellement comprising 56 residential plots, is located at the end of the Courchamps neighborhood road and is surrounded on three sides by the River Cascade. It is the only gated Morcellement in the area, distinguished by its unique box-shaped entrance building made of stone and pine logs, along with a striking entrance water feature. G+F provided comprehensive services, including masterplanning, the design of the entrance buildings and boundary walls, development of house building guidelines, and infrastructure construction supervision.
