Once a restaurant nestled on a tip of land shaped by the winding river, this site is hidden from the main road, surrounded by lush forest and featuring a serene waterfall. It offers an idyllic setting for a high-end, low-rise apartment project.

The triangular shape of the site inspired a design comprising three blocks, with the garage roof serving as an upper parking level and a ramp providing access to the apartments below.

This project marks the beginning of the Ravin series, where we integrated natural materials such as vertical timber battens, basalt-colored stone, and metal sheet roofs, combining contemporary design with tropical architectural sensibilities.

It also represents our first apartment project with Last Spin Ltd., establishing a strong partnership built on trust and shared values. This collaboration became the foundation for an expanding portfolio within the Ravin and Living collections, showcasing our dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and enduring relationships.
