Viewpoint is the largest residence designed by G+F to date. The site's unique shape and its location on the edge of a ravine offered both challenges and opportunities.

Designing large-scale residences comes with the challenge of efficiently distributing multiple levels and rooms while ensuring a smooth, walkable flow throughout the space. The building's layout is organized around three vertical cores, housing the staircases and elevators, and connected by expansive horizontal floor plates that allow for seamless transitions between levels.

The scale of the building also posed a challenge for the façade design. To balance modern aesthetics with a sense of warmth and natural harmony, we incorporated materials like wood and granite, creating a sleek yet inviting exterior.

Additionally, careful consideration was given to the building’s orientation to maximize the views, take advantage of the trade winds, and respond to the surrounding natural elements.
