STORIES #1
Welcome to More
We are excited to unveil our new brand identity as we approach the milestone of 19 years dedicated to innovation, excellence, and client satisfaction, where original design meets local expertise.
This transformation goes beyond aesthetics; it marks a profound evolution. Our refreshed visual identity honours our past elegance while embracing a future brimming with bold, creative changes. This new chapter begins in 2024 with the addition of a new generation of architects to our team, paving the way for continued innovation and growth.

VISUAL IDENTITY INSPIRATION
The rebrand of G+F is deeply inspired by the principles of the Bauhaus movement, which championed the harmonious integration of form and function. Embracing simplicity, practicality, and the fusion of art and design, we sought to reflect these values in our new identity. By focusing on clean lines, thoughtful details, and a commitment to both aesthetic beauty and functional excellence, the G+F visual identity pays homage to the Bauhaus ethos while creating a distinctive and personalized vision for the future of the company.
MAIN LOGO
The G+F logo was designed using AF Kub font, an experimental 3D typeface utilising light, midtones, and shadows. It was created in 2002 by Jean Lou Désiré, a Mauritian type and graphic designer. The font was chosen for its cubic style, unique isometric projection from a bird’s eye perspective, and experimental nature. The fact that it was designed by a Mauritian designer adds a special touch to the identity of a Mauritian architecture firm.
The G+F logo has a unique and highly memorable shape, due to its simplicity and seldom-used visual angle, which allows for a multitude of variations in both colour and pattern, as demonstrated on the following pages.
The main logo featured on the next page is used on all official documents. In any other situation, a variation of the logo can be used, where the colours and patterns are chosen according to the layout, usage, and degree of visibility. This means that we can choose to have the logo either highly visible or discreet, and create different animated versions.
